Founder introduction

I help people and organisations turn development goals into practical daily progress.

Hi! I'm Amy, I am a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience in complex clinical practice, training, change management, personal and professional development. I founded this consultancy to bridge the gap between good intentions and day-to-day practice. My work brings together training, education, and behavioural insight so individuals, teams, and services can build confidence and make improvements that are realistic in their context.

I have worked across local statutory and non-statutory services, charities, and third sector settings. I have always had passion and drive to support positive outcomes for my clients and local community. I genuinely enjoy unpacking situations, behaviours and barriers to empower the people I work with. I shape each piece of support around what is already working, where friction sits, and what will help change stick over time.

My approach is always person-centered: clear, adaptive, reflective and focused on outcomes that genuinely improve everyday experience.

Professional scope of practice
